Expeditions and returns

Shipping your parcel

Packages are usually shipped within 20 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and handed over without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered for signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as there are additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and a shipping fee applies to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
